"افزايش ايدز بين کودکان کار در ايران"

يک عضو هيأت مديره انجمن حمايت از حقوق کودکان در ايران گفت بيماری ايدز در بين کودکان کار در اين کشور افزايش يافته است.

فرشيد يزدانی، روز شنبه ششم خرداد ۱۳۹۱ به خبرگزاری کار ايران (ايلنا) گفت: "حدود ۴.۵ درصد کودکان کار و خيابان به ويروس ايدز آلوده هستند که اين رقم ۴۵ برابر متوسط کشوری است و می‌تواند با شيوع اين بيماری در ميان زنان ويژه (روسپی) برابری کند."

به گفته وی بيماری ايدز در بين کودکان بيشتر بين کودکان "زباله‌گرد و دستفروش" است.

وی همچنين گفته است بر اساس پژوهش‌ها در ايران "۲۰ درصد از کودکان کار تجربه استفاده از مواد مخدر را دارند و ۴۰ درصد نيز مشروبات الکلی را تجربه کرده‌اند."

فرشید یزدانی: متأسفانه نگاه انسانی در برخورد با اين کودکان وجود ندارد و درباره ساماندهی اين کودکان همان‌گونه تصميم‌گيری می‌شود که در خصوص جمع‌آوری يا نصب مبلمان شهری برنامه‌ريزی می‌شود

يزدانی کودکان کار را حاصل "سياست‌های کلان اقتصادی-اجتماعی" دانسته و توضيح داده است:‌"رشد تورم و بحران‌های اقتصادی باعث فقير‌تر شدن خانواده‌های ضعيف می‌شود و اين روند از مهم‌ترين عوامل ورود کودکان به بازار کار به شمار می‌روند."

وی با بيان اينکه برای کاهش آسيب‌های اجتماعی کودکان کار "ابتدا بايد عوامل ورود اين کودکان به بازار کار را نابود کرد"، افزود: "با وجود آنکه افزايش فقر حاصل حاصل سياست‌های دولت است اما به نظر می‌رسد دولت دغدغه‌ خاصی برای پوشش و ساماندهی اصولی و بلند مدت اين کودکان نداشته باشد."

عضو هيأت مديره انجمن حمايت از حقوق کودکان با اشاره به "طرح ساماندهی کودکان کار و خيابان" که در حال اجراست، گفت: "متأسفانه نگاه انسانی در برخورد با اين کودکان وجود ندارد و درباره ساماندهی اين کودکان همان‌گونه تصميم‌گيری می‌شود که در خصوص جمع‌آوری يا نصب مبلمان شهری برنامه‌ريزی می‌شود."

بر پايه آمار‌های رسمی ۲.۵ ميليون کودک کار در ايران وجود دارد.
