ارزیابی از بحران در حوزه یورو

شهزاده سمرقندی – آیا کشوری چون آلمان نیز در حوزه یورو بحران‌زده است؟ مؤسسه "مودی" (Moody) به تازگی ارزیابی جدیدی از اعتبار اقتصادی سه کشور اروپا آلمان، هلند و لوکزامبورگ منتشر کرده و در گزارش خود پیش‌بینی کرده که در آینده تزدیک اقتصاد این سه کشور نیز شاهد تنزل خواهد بود.

با این که "مودی" یکی از پرسابقه‌ترین و معتبرترین مؤسسه‌های جهانی در انجام رتبه‌بندی اقتصادی محسوب می شود، بسیاری از اقتصاددانان اروپایی گزارش اخیر این مؤسسه ‌را دور از واقعیت خوانده‌اند.

مؤسسه مودی در گزارش خود نوشته است که مشکلات اقتصادی کشورهای حوزه یورو

گسترش پیدا خواهد کرد و سه کشور اروپای آلمان، هلند و لوکزامبورگ ناچار به کمک های اقتصادی فوری به کشور های اسپانیا و پرتقال می شوند و همین کمک ها باعث افت اقتصاد این کشور ها خواهد شد.

در این باره با احمد علوی، اقتصاددان ایرانی مقیم سوئد گفت‌وگو کرده‌ام.

در این گفت‌وگو این سؤال مطرح می‌شود که تا چه حد می‌توان به ارزیابی‌های مؤسساتی چون "مودی" اعتماد کرد؛ آیا یونان از حوزه یورو خارج خواهد شد؟ آیا حوزه یورو بحران‌زده شده و توان اقتصادی اروپا کاهش خواهد یافت؟
