Hassan Rohani, an Iranian presidential candidate, has spoken out against the National Broadcasting service Seda va Sima in an official announcement from his election campaign office.

He states that at such a politically sensitive time, Seda va Sima is not acting in good faith and is unduly taking sides.

The Rohani campaign also condemns what it describes as “falsifying or distorting news and the censorship of Doctor Rohani’s statements.”

The statement stresses that the national broadcaster belongs to all the people of Iran and thus should refrain from taking sides and misinforming the public.

Rohani is one of the more moderate candidates in the presidential election that will take place on June 14.
